Client Obligations

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about their styling needs, preferences, budget, and any relevant personal circumstances
Attend scheduled appointments punctually or provide reasonable notice of cancellations
Make payment according to agreed terms and timelines
Treat our staff with respect and maintain professional conduct during all interactions
Refrain from using advice, recommendations, or materials provided for commercial purposes without explicit permission
Understand that styling recommendations are advisory and implementation remains their decision

Booking and Cancellation

Booking Process

Services must be booked in advance through our designated channels. Bookings are confirmed once we've agreed on the scope, date, time, and payment terms.

Cancellation by Clients

We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment or failure to attend may result in the full service fee being charged.

Emergency situations are considered individually. Contact us as soon as possible if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.

Cancellation by Glistain Scrub

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to stylist illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we'll notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund. We're not liable for any consequential losses arising from cancellations we make.

Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the terms agreed when booking services. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Service fees are stated in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received before or immediately after service delivery, depending on the arrangement confirmed at booking.

Late payment may result in service interruption or termination. Outstanding balances may incur interest charges or collection costs.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and depend on the specific circumstances. Clients dissatisfied with services should contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Glistain Scrub and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
